UPDATED: Aerosith Performing at I-CON

By Louis Trapani - Posted on 26 March 2010

To whet people's appetite for I-CON 29, here is a video of the Star Wars parody band, Aerosith performing at last year's I-CON 28 (2009). "Thou Shall Not Worship False Gods" - the video may have begun while the song was in progress. The camera POV is from slightly behind or along side of the stage area. There are a couple more where this came from as well… stay tuned.

I will also be bringing you more coverage from I-CON 29 this weekend. Be sure to follow me on Twitter for updates.

Yes, you can see Ken Deep in the audience. Also perform as the Emperor (wearing the 'Popetine' hat) is Billy Davis (Doctor Who: Podshock listeners will know him as 'The White Robot').

Remember that Ken and myself will be doing a panel on Doctor Who at 11am on Saturday and then Sunday at 2pm we are doing a live recording of Doctor Who: Podshock at I-CON 29.

UPDATED: Here is another song which Aerosith also performed at I-CON 28 last year, "Stop Making Special Editions!". From the camera's POV, you can not see it, but the first life-size cardboard figure brought out is of Star Wars creator George Lucas. The Emperor is speaking to him in the prologue of this song.
